There are a couple of options in regards to parking. We do have 2 spots (7 & 8, with the ’RESERVED UNIT 6’ sign above) located directly in front of our unit, which are available to the client and guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please ensure that your guests do not park in any of our neighbouring businesses’ “Reserved” spots, as they will run the risk of being towed.
There is also street parking available on both Carlaw Ave., as well as one block west, through the laneway across the street, on Morse Street. At times, street parking may also be available on both Logan Ave., as well as Booth Ave. Please be aware of the City of Toronto parking bylaws. Carlawft Studios is in no way liable for any parking violations or towing costs incurred by the client and/or their guests and third parties. If you require additional assistance, please feel free to ask a member of the Carlawft team.
It is strongly recommended to encourage guests to find alternative methods of transit, especially when commuting to and from events involving alcohol. As per condominium bylaws, clients are never permitted to park overnight, or at any time after leaving the studio, in any of the Carlawft parking spots or any of our neighbours’ spots within the plaza.
We are located just east of the DVP and Lakeshore exit, and the Pape 72 (TTC) bus is located just steps away from the studio, immediately across the street on Carlaw Avenue. We also have a bike rack with parking for a couple of bikes located right in front of our unit.
